Refund Policy

1. Introduction
We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2.Ā Cancel Any Time
If there comes a time where you no longer desire to renew your subscription, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Unless you request otherwise, we will continue to send you the materials you have already paid for, until the term of your current annual subscription.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
3. Renewal and NoticeĀ
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. By not canceling before renewal, you authorize us to charge the applicable renewal fees.
Fees are non-refundable, and partial refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.
In certain cases (e.g., unfulfilled service or documented billing error), we may, at our discretion, issue a credit or refund.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this cancellation policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
